Programming Breakdown

After a full evaluation of your current lifestyle, your goals and your gym resources, I create your physical program that is designed to carry you through 5 weeks. After 5 weeks, we re-evaluate and I create your new physical plan and so on.

Each 5 week physical program is provided through the Bridge Athletic App
